Blending various elements of movement, the breath, yoga (& often laughter!) each of my classes & workshops are designed to nourish, support and enhance your wellbeing in various ways —helping you renew, rebalance, restore and feel good.
They’re perfect on their own but also great as a weekly addition to more vigorous or dynamic movement practices (vinyasa, dance, running, Cross-Fit, strength training, etc.).

Class Descriptions
Yoga Tune Up® Align & Renew
This moderate-paced and accessible practice incorporates movements from yoga, calisthenics, and body therapy to challenge and restore the body. Gain resiliency as you work to release chronic tension, improve joint mobility, stability, flexibility and ease of movement. You’ll awaken your body sense while exploring, nourishing and creating space for balancing your own body blind spots — areas of overuse, underuse or misuse that can be a cause for stiffness, aches, pains and injury. This class is a
Yin, Roll & Release
A slow-paced relaxing & rejuvenating class helping to open, explore and restore balance in your body and mind. Blending long-held static yin poses with restorative therapy ball rollouts, we aim to calm our nervous system as well as work our superficial and deeper layers of fascia, helping to mobilize our joints, create space and find more fluidity and ease in our everyday posture and movement. This class is a great complement to more dynamic or fast-paced practices. Come to unwind, recharge and feel good.

Laurie is an online and Amsterdam-based health & wellness coach and movement educator with over 10,000 hours of experience in the fitness, health & wellness space. She’s a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT® 200), Certified Yoga Tune Up
